Product Training Event: Empowering Our Team with Laser Coding Expertise
Grentsun proudly conducted an immersive product training session on May 23, 2025, equipping our second-quarter recruits with cutting-edge knowledge of laser coding technology. This hands-on experience focused on three core laser marking systems – Fiber Laser, CO2 laser, and UV Laser – covering comprehensive technical insights and practical applications.
Laser System Deep Dive
Participants explored critical aspects of each technology:
1. Fiber Laser Markers

- Design Analysis: Industrial-grade stainless steel housing with IP54/IP65 protection
- Core Components:
- 20W~100W pulsed fiber source
- Galvanometer scanning system
- Industry Applications: Metal engraving (tools, automotive parts), packing materials
- Troubleshooting: Beam alignment calibration for distorted marks
2. CO2 Laser Systems

- Design Analysis: Modular architecture with ventilation cooling
- Core Components:
- RF-excited metal tube (30W~100W)
- Industry Applications: Packaging (cartons, plastics, wood)
- Troubleshooting: Lens contamination resolution protocols, no laser beam, water and dust protection
3. UV Laser Solutions

- Design Analysis: Compact footprint with laser shutter
- Core Components:
- 355nm wavelength source
- Precision focusing optics
- Industry Applications: Electronics (PCB, glass marking), packing materials
- Troubleshooting: Power stability diagnostics
Hands-On Practice Session
Every participant conducted real-world marking operations on sample materials:

- Fiber: Steel tool engraving 2. CO2: Pharmaceutical box coding 3. UV: Silicon wafer serialization
